It all began in 2022 as part of a visionary alliance between Tech4Nature — led by IUCN and Huawei — and C Minds, under Tech4Nature Mexico.

We piloted three jaguar-focused recognition models, co-developed with local conservation leaders in Yucatán.

Through the NaturaTech LAC initiative, we’re now scaling Bioscanner across Latin America — throughout the Jaguar Corridor.

In 2025, we transitioned to a Visual Model Language approach to make the AI more accessible, intuitive, and collaborative — for everyone.
